Job summary

EisnerAmper PAC is seeking an Audit Associate in the Philippines to assist in planning and performing statutory audits across industries. The role involves fieldwork, evidence gathering, and preparing schedules and working papers.

You will liaise with clients, ensure compliance with standards, and help prepare financial statements and audit reports. A Diploma in Accountancy and about one year of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy from polytechnics or degree.
• 1 year relevant experience (preferable).
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and performing statutory audits for companies across various industries.
• Carry out audit fieldwork and testing in accordance with audit procedures and standards.
• Gather, analyze, and document audit evidence.
• Perform detailed verification of financial records, transactions, and supporting documents.
• Prepare audit schedules, working papers, and audit documentation.
• Assist in identifying audit issues and communicating findings to seniors and managers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports where required.
• Support ad-hoc assurance, accounting, and special assignments as assigned.
