Job summary

Upside PH, a boutique real estate firm, is seeking an Associate Video Editor to elevate our brand through compelling property videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

You will edit, produce, and enhance footage with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design, collaborating with marketing and creative teams. A portfolio in real estate or luxury brands is preferred, with 1–2 years of professional editing experience. Hybrid/Remote in Nuvali, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a relevant portfolio.
• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of social media formats (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.

We focus on luxury homes and commercial spaces in prime areas like Nuvali and Ayala Westgrove Heights. We are growing fast and are looking for a talented Associate Video Editor to elevate our brand presence and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, and other marketing platforms, focusing on real estate properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to understand project needs, timelines, and creative direction.
• Implement motion graphics, visual effects, sound editing, and color grading to create polished videos.
• Manage and organize video content libraries, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, techniques, and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Ensure all videos meet Upside PH's branding and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably with a portfolio focused on real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional video editing experience is required.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and their video content formats.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in animation, drone videography, or real estate videography.
• Familiarity with SEO video optimization and analytics.
