Aycardo Veterinary Center Inc. (AVCI) is a growing veterinary practice with 50+ staff across multiple Cebu City branches. We are seeking LICENSED VETERINARIANS to join as ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS, with mentorship and strong team support.

No night or Sunday shifts, generous probationary period, and potential to advance to Managing Veterinarian roles. Compensation includes probationary 6 months at ₱40,000/month and regular associate vet at ₱44,000/month, plus commissions on surgeries and dental

Aycardo Veterinary Center Inc. (AVCI) is a solid and growing veterinary practice with 50+ staff across 5 branches in Cebu City, Talisay City, Mandaue City, and Naga City, with more branches planned in Cebu. We are now looking for LICENSED VETERINARIANS to join our team as ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS. At AVCI, you will always have complete support from fellow vets, technicians, and assistants. We work as a team, and mentorship is at the heart of our practice — helping you grow into a more skilled and confident veterinarian.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care under the guidance of senior veterinarians.
• Collaborate within a team-driven practice where knowledge and support are shared.
• No night shifts, no Sunday shifts.

Requirements

• Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
• A true team player with eagerness to learn.
• Willing to be assigned to any present or future AVCI branch in Cebu.
• Please note: AVCI does not provide boarding or lodging accommodations. However, probationary Associate Vets are granted a monthly living allowance during their six-month probationary period.

Compensation & Benefits

• Probationary (6 months training): ₱40,000/month.
• Regular Associate Vet: ₱44,000/month.
• Commission on surgeries and dental procedures (an exclusive benefit).
• Salary increases are performance-graded.
• In addition to salary, all probationary Associate Vets receive their legally mandated benefits, including:

Work Schedule
