Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in high-volume recruiting, with strong communication and proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS/ATS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting within a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workday.
  • Basic knowledge of assessment administration and interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned requisitions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers to selected candidates.
  • Utilize Workday and other HR systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data.
  • Ensure timely hiring and achievement of recruiting targets and service levels.
  • Support recruitment projects, employer branding activities, university relations programs, and talent pipeline initiatives as needed.

Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer management and onboarding. The role partners closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire talent that supports business objectives while delivering a positive candidate experience.
