Job summary

Genpact Philippines seeks an Associate - Sales Support to coordinate bid processes, gather inputs from sales, finance, legal and delivery, and ensure timely submissions.

You will conduct basic market research, maintain bid docs, prepare presentation materials, and support client meetings while upholding standards and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in business, communications, marketing or sales are preferred.
• Masters degree in marketing is a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Support the coordination of bid processes, including reviewing specifications, drafting responses, and ensuring timely submissions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, delivery) to gather data, inputs, and insights for bid proposals. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to provide inputs that help tailor proposals to client needs. Maintain and update bid documentation, templates, and databases to support efficiency and consistency in submissions. Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and supporting content for client meetings and bid defense sessions. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and client requirements throughout the bid development process. Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on bid documentation, workflows, and tools.
