Aon Philippines is seeking an Associate People Partner to support our Australia portfolio. You will collaborate with leaders to drive people initiatives, including talent development, performance management, and change programs across regions.

You will build trusted relationships, mentor executives, and partner with COEs to implement policies and processes. Our team values diversity, flexibility, and continuous learning, with wellbeing and inclusion at the core.

Qualificações

• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology or related field.
• Experience supporting HR operations, HR coordination, recruiting coordination or program management.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in executing people initiatives aligned with the business, including leadership capabilities development, performance & reward management, talent review and engagement planning.
• Develop trusted relationships with leaders and colleagues, mentoring business leaders and providing change consulting.
• Collaborate with COEs to define requirements and feedback on policies, programs and processes.
• Support delivery of culture, change and leadership development programs and annual talent cycle activities.
• Participate in more sophisticated ER issues and lead investigations as needed.

What The Day Will Look Like

Project Management

Assist in the execution of people initiatives aligned with the business, including but not limited to:

• Leadership capabilities development
• Performance & Reward Management
• Talent Review, High potential development / retention & Strategic resource planning
• Engagement Analysis and Planning
• Large scale organization transformation & M&A integration activities

Stakeholder Management

• Develop trusted relationships with leaders and colleagues of allocated portfolio
• Mentor and counsel business leaders and provide change consulting and support people related communications needs
• Build a cohesive and effective partnership with centre of excellence teams to ensure excellent service delivery for colleagues

Collaborate With COEs

• Collaborate with key points of contact within COEs to define requirements and provide feedback on the effectiveness of policies, programs, and processes
• Support delivery of culture, change & leadership development programs in region
• Support the execution of annual cycle activities (e.g., annual cycle, comp and talent reviews, signature programs), using solutions, and tools provided by COEs
• Act in partnership for more sophisticated ER issues and/or lead investigations on a situational basis, upon request of global/regional PO leadership

• Able to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization, and to consult, influence and partner with leaders in developing/implementing people strategies to drive business performance
• Proven track record of working in a sophisticated environment ensuring that key stakeholders often with conflicting priorities are heard and supported
• Creative and adept at problem solving, with an appreciation of diverse cultures and regions. Able to consult on application of policy and process as well as trends, themes, and solutions
• An empowering workstyle, encourages open debate and collaborative decision making and shares ownership of results
• Effective communicator with a high level of self-confidence and credibility

• Experience supporting Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, Program Management, or similar functions
