Job summary

Energy Development Corporation is seeking a full-time IT End User Support Associate at AEI Rockwell Head Office in the Philippines. You will provide first-level technical support, monitor IT systems, perform backups, and assist in disaster recovery planning to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE and 2 years in IT or telecom with hands-on IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related fields.
• At least two (2) years of IT or telecommunication industry experience with strong exposure to IT service delivery.
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking to evaluate technical challenges and develop actionable solutions.

Responsibilities
