Candidate Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted USRN license
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience
  • Clinical experience may include any nursing experience across various healthcare settings
  • Minimum 2 years in a training and quality role within a BPO setting
  • Strong background in Utilization Management, URAC standards, and conversion programs
  • Experience with any type of conversion programmes is acceptable
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for training and quality across clinical services
  • Lead URAC accreditation efforts and support USRN academies
  • Implement training programs and quality assurance frameworks
  • Drive adoption of technology tools to improve performance
  • Support seasonal and growth-related ramp-ups
  • Oversee performance governance and action planning
  • Conduct client workshops and manage client feedback
  • Optimise reward and penalty systems
Compensation
  • Monthly salary range: Php 250000 to Php 300000 including allowances
  • May be upgraded to Director level with salary range of Php 300000 to Php 350000
