Role overview-As an Associate Dentist at GAOC, you will:
- Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and minor oral surgery procedures appropriate to your scope.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans with clear patient communication.
- Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure seamless patient journeys and high-quality outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to community outreach and patient education programs when possible.
Who we’re looking for
- Licensed Dentist in the Philippines, with a current PRC license.
- Strong clinical foundation and a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
- Team-oriented and committed to delivering ethical, evidence-based care.
- Experience is desirable, but new graduates with strong potential are welcome.
