• DocuSign & Document Filing: Prepare envelopes and maintain organized digital filing.
• Risk Management & Quality Control: Adhere to policies; handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ad-hoc reporting and assist with review tasks.

Your Role

As an Associate – Client Lifecycle Management, reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President within the Manila CoE, you will provide administrative and operational support to internal stakeholders across key business areas:

• Revenue Opportunities: Review assigned contracts to identify service caps, execute timesheet reviews based on action codes, support quality control, and assist in streamlining revenue workflows.
• Delaware & Global Entity Services: Prepare digital mail drafts and fee templates, rename and file official State of Delaware invoices/evidence in internal systems, and support risk control initiatives.
• DocuSign & Document Filing: Prepare DocuSign envelopes for internal requests and maintain organized digital filing according to Fiduciary guidelines.
• Risk Management & Quality Control: Adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal MFS policies, ensuring sensitive information is handled with high integrity and business risks are escalated appropriately.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ad-hoc reporting projects, actively seek professional development, and assist with review tasks to cover Senior Associate responsibilities when needed.

What You Need

• Graduate of a 4-year degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer/Technology).
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive client data with integrity.
• High productivity levels with the capacity to manage time and meet operational deliverables.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Fresh graduates or sub-degree holders with relevant internship/work experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
