Job description
Mall and Office Maintenance Coordination and Management
  • Assist Operations manager in ensuring profitable mall and offices operations in accordance with Management’s directions and return expectations.
  • Supervises team and ensure accomplishment of tasks.
  • Responsible in the supervision and coordination of ingress/egress non-technical requirements of merchants to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall and offices in accordance with Company standards of safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.
  • Create operations standards/merchant house rules to ensure the order, cleanliness and safety in the facilities and public areas of the mall.
  • Assist operations manager in ensuring that the establishments assigned is compliant to all government set standards and procedure.
  • Assist Operations Manager in the implementation of the policies, guidelines, and procedures across all aspects of business operations in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Assist Operations Manager in monitoring and administering building activities and coordinate, supervise and lead programs that will provide safe and secure environment, excellent housekeeping.
  • Assist Operations Manager in overseeing processes for the effective implementation of Credit and collection policies and procedures, and such other tenant related strategies that affect the relationships between the management and tenants in order to strengthen and improve the relationships, productivity and profitability of both parties.
  • Monitors tenant/merchant’s construction and opening timeline.
  • Manages service and outsource
Tenant Relations
  • Facilitates merchant on-boarding from orientation, handing of welcome kit, coordination of pre-construction concerns, plans and timelines.
  • Maintains a harmonious business relationship with tenants and ensures satisfaction through constant and proper communication and efficient delivery of basic services that aims to the viability and profitability of the store operations.
  • Assist concerns of the tenants and relay those to specific concerned departments.
  • Ensures tenant compliance with lease terms, contract, and company’s regulation.
  • Implement policies, guidelines, and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in support to the objectives of maximizing shareholder’s return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.
