Job Description

The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) is a key leader within the Division of Nursing and PatientCare Services, responsible for ensuring the attainment of operational standards across designated unitsand departments. The AOM implements and extends best practices in unit/department projects,overseeing day-to-day activities to align with institutional goals.The AOM supports and assists the Operations & Innovation - Operations Manager, in managing specificclient projects and initiatives, delivering innovative, strategic solutions that meet or exceedexpectations for patients, clinical teams, and the organization. This role encompasses developingbusiness strategies, improving service processes, creating and revising policies, and managingresources-including supplies, facilities, and financial assets-to ensure efficient and cost-effectivedelivery of patient services in assigned sections.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Attainment: Graduate of any four (4)-year course, preferably NursingIndustrial EngineeringorWork Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in operations management or healthcareoperations, inclusive of one (1) year of managerial experience.
