Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing construction equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including changing engine oil, filters, lubricants, and other routine servicing tasks.
• Help replace worn or damaged mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine components.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment breakdowns at the workshop or construction sites.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Support the loading, unloading, and movement of equipment and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and spare parts used.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Report equipment defects, maintenance needs, and safety concerns to the Head Mechanic or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
