The Digital Campaign Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across various digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels including, but not limited to, email, social media, search engines, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and effective content for various digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and meet performance goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead nurturing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing and managing online campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 yrs experience in real-estate, B2B/B2C digital performance marketing.
