POSITION OVERVIEW
The ORDER FULFILLMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER ensures accurate and timely delivery of raw materials, packaging, and marketing collaterals to ZUS Coffee outlets nationwide. The role oversees daily fulfillment operations, order processing, outbound logistics coordination, and fulfillment accuracy to support uninterrupted retail operations, product launches and store expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the order-to-delivery process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in store replenishments.
- Track outbound deliveries and manage delivery issues: delays, shipment discrepancies, returns, damaged goods.
- Ensure store delivery cut-offs, delivery windows and service-level commitments are consistently met.
- Validate product availability and coordinate with demand planning and procurement to address shortages, backorders, and replenishment schedules.
- Manage priority orders during campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal peaks.
- Work closely with logistics partners to manage distribution schedules, delivery performance, route and capacity optimization, cost reduction, and issue resolution.
- Support system optimization for order processing and fulfillment tracking.
- Monitor product handling standards, storage requirements (e.g., chilled/frozen/dry goods), and FEFO compliance.
- Support periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Lead and mentor the fulfillment team to ensure key results achievement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in warehouse, logistics or fulfillment operations; with 2+ years supervisory/lead role – preferably in food & beverage, FMCG, or retail environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: pick/pack, cross-docking, dispatch, receipt, reverse logistics.
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
- Comfortable analyzing operational data and turning insights into actions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional problem solving and team management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
