Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive company, industry, and market research, including comparable company and peer group analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support company, sector, and transaction-level analysis.
  • Perform financial analyses including valuation assessments, merger consequences, and transaction impact analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitchbooks, and other materials to support business development and client engagement.
  • Draft credit approval memoranda, offering memoranda, and other marketing materials to support internal review and deal execution processes.
  • Partner with team leads to maintain product quality, manage workflow priorities, and support timely project delivery.
