IQ-EQ is seeking an Assistant Manager in Asset Owner Solutions to serve as the team’s technical expert for complex fund accounting deliverables. You will sign off on outputs, drive technical excellence, and guide process improvements while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
The role requires a CPA or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and at least 6 years of relevant experience, including fund accounting.

THIS ROLE
As an Assistant Manager within Asset Owner Solutions, you will act as the team’s technical expert and final review authority for complex fund accounting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service to sophisticated client portfolios. You will lead the review and sign-off of fund accounting outputs, drive technical excellence and process improvements, and provide authoritative guidance on advanced accounting matters. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, oversight of data integrity, and leadership in managing team performance, while ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and client-specific requirements.
