We are looking for an individual who is passionate about growing guest loyalty by leading and improving the hotel’s rewards program. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and ongoing enhancements to create great value for guests while boosting revenue and brand connection.

Key accountabilities
  • Support the development and execution of loyalty initiatives that strengthen the hotel’s brand and guest experience.
  • Assist in managing tiered rewards and exclusive perks to drive repeat bookings.
  • Conduct research on competitor programs and industry trends to maintain a competitive loyalty offering.
  • Oversee daily program operations, including member sign-ups, points tracking, and redemptions.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Rooms, Reservations, and Sales & Marketing to ensure smooth execution of loyalty activities.
General Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Operations preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of guest experience principles and hotel operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
