MR DIY Philippines seeks an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in daily operations and drive sales growth. You will manage inventory, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on profitability. You will train staff, monitor performance, coordinate with marketing, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
