Job summary

As a Trading Services Associate in the Trading Services team, you will support accurate, timely trade processing across the trade lifecycle. You will perform daily reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure trades move through confirmation and settlement with appropriate controls. You will collaborate with United States-based trading partners and internal teams to resolve inquiries and reduce operational risk. You will also contribute to process improvements that strengthen efficiency and quality.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field


• 5 years of experience in trade operations, trade support, settlements, or a related financial services function


• Experience using trade capture, confirmation, and settlement platforms and/or reconciliation tools


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint


• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats


• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (for example, trading, compliance, operations, and technology)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field


• Experience supporting trade operations for equities and exchange-traded funds (ETFs)


• Experience using SQL and/or Python for automation, reporting, or data management


• Knowledge of financial markets and the end-to-end trade lifecycle


• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose practical solutions


• Experience managing stakeholders globally across time zones and cultures, including negotiation and clear, professional communication


• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
