Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking a Portfolio Analysis Analyst to lead the daily performance and attribution reporting. You will partner with technology, compliance, and controls to implement solutions that improve reporting standards and accuracy.

You will help the team operate as a center of excellence with consistent, scalable processes and a strong risk mindset, driving insights for senior stakeholders and supporting governance for critical reporting deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance reporting, attribution, investment operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to document and communicate quantitative requirements clearly.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results under tight time frames.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance measurement and attribution processes across global asset classes, including equity, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies.
• Deliver monthly client and fund performance reporting with timely and accurate metrics.
• Apply standard performance calculation methodologies to support consistent reporting outcomes.
• Validate and reconcile investment account returns to ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Maintain and enhance performance measurement databases and systems to meet evolving needs.
• Implement data quality controls to reduce reporting risk and errors.
• Analyze changes in performance, quantify drivers, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality by comparing computations from internal vs external sources.
• Provide ad hoc data research and analysis for business questions and requests.
• Support regulatory, controls, and governance deliverables with documentation and evidence.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by defining requirements and milestones and supporting testing.

• Lead day-to-day performance measurement and attribution processes across global asset classes, including equity, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies
• Deliver monthly client and fund performance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate production of performance metrics
• Apply industry-standard performance calculation methodologies and tools to support consistent reporting outcomes
• Validate and reconcile investment account returns to ensure data integrity, completeness, and traceability
• Maintain and enhance performance measurement databases and systems to meet evolving reporting needs
• Implement and execute data quality controls and procedures to reduce reporting risk and errors
• Analyze changes in performance and attribution results, quantify drivers, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
• Monitor data quality by comparing computations from different sources (for example, internal versus external)
• Provide ad hoc data research and analysis to support business questions and reporting requests
• Support regulatory, controls, and governance deliverables, including documentation and evidence as required
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by defining business requirements, identifying key milestones and risks, and supporting testing activities as needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance reporting, attribution, investment operations, analytics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results under tight time frames and pressure
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to document and communicate complex (including quantitative) requirements clearly
• Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to present to groups and lead discussions with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including senior stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively as part of a globally integrated team
• Action-oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
• Highly motivated, proactive, and self-starting approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with portfolio performance and attribution reporting and/or investment products
• Project management experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
