The incumbent will train control personnel and ensure timely, accurate reporting of all control-related activities, contributing to overall store security and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration related courses.
• With at least 2 years relevant experience in control, audit and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and security of the company assets that includes cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets.
• Ensures inventory accuracy.
• Assists in the implementation of the control standards.
• In-charge on the training and development of the Control personnel.
• Ensures that all the standards are implemented as a process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
