Job Description:
We’re hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in assembling precision optical products (binoculars). No prior binocular experience required—training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble binoculars using work instructions
- Handle small precision parts with care
- Perform visual quality inspections
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 20/20 vision (with or without glasses)
- Excellent hand dexterity and no sweaty palms
- Detail-oriented, patient, and eager to learn
- Team player with at least 1 year in assembly or manufacturing
- Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Schedule:
- Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (10-hour shift)
- Breaktime:
- 10:15 - 10:30am (15 mins)
- 12:00 - 1:00pm (1hr)
- 3:15 - 3:30pm (15 mins)
- 5:00 - 5:10pm (10 mins)
Note: For all break times, you are required to return to your workstation 3 to 5 minutes before the end of the break.
- Cleanroom setting, seated work, frequent handling of small parts
- Earphones allowed after training
