A leading entertainment venue in Metro Manila is seeking a professional to serve as the main point of contact for artists, ensuring their needs are met and that all contractual obligations are fulfilled. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administration within the entertainment field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role includes coordination with various teams and assisting with logistics for artists.
Serves as the POC of the artists and is responsible for responding to their queries, assessing and assisting with their needs and ensuring objective communication between company/artist
Meets and greets in-house and external artists upon arrival as well as processing ID applications and visitor’s pass
Assists the OMEG artists during the entire process of expatriation by ensuring airport pickups, processing move‑in forms and being the Company’s representative upon artists arrival in the country
Serves as the POC for the OMEG artists accommodation by liaising with brokers, artists and PMO and providing quick solutions
Ensures that the company is complying with the artists’ contractual obligations and facilitates hospitality riders, accommodation settlement, transactions with brokers, transportation, catering, etc. by coordinating with the Entertainment officer
Assists the director, choreographers and supervisors by making sure the artists and relevant equipment are accounted for during rehearsals and shows
Coordinates with artists and performance supervisor for the transportation and pick up of the artists and their equipment if needed.
Coordinates with artists and relevant business units and ensures performance readiness during events, rehearsals and operations
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management
Bachelor’s Degree of any course or equivalent professional training in entertainment, arts administration, business studies, leisure and tourism, and recreation
At least 2 years of experience in the entertainment and/or administration field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledgeable in computer trouble shooting and networking
Proven track record with an emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Problem solving and self‑starter skills
Fluent in both oral and written English and Tagalog
