Job summary

dentsu Creative in Makati City is seeking an Art Director to craft the look and feel of ads across media, collaborating with a copywriter to deliver complete campaigns for clients.

You will interpret briefs, develop concepts, present to colleagues and clients, and oversee campaigns from production to delivery while managing suppliers. A minimum of 1 year in ATL/BTL and digital marketing is expected, with a passion for contemporary design and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in ATL/BTL and Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital production and through-the-line conceptualization.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of trends and developments in design, materials, techniques and technology.

What your typical day will look like

As the Art Director, you will work alongside with a copywriter within the creative department to conceive, develop and produce the look and feel of advertisements as a complete product across all media platforms for clients.

• Interpret creative briefs
• Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the copywriter
• Present ideas to colleagues and clients
• Familiarize with clients’ products/services, target audience and their competitors’ activities;
• Develop the final overall look and feel (visual and audio where appropriate and necessary) of ads
• Revise or redevelop ads or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients
• Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion
• Manage suppliers such as photographers, designers and programmers
• Manage the quality of the product output
• Working on several campaigns when required, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
• Work with production house on final talent selection
• Keep up to date with popular culture and trends and digital innovations

A bit about you
