Job summary

V2X Inc. in the Philippines seeks a skilled Armament Maintenance Supervisor to lead field and sustainment work on small arms, TOW systems, and related weaponry. You will ensure safe, reliable operation and oversee a range of maintenance activities across LSAs.

This role requires strong leadership, English communication, and in-depth TAMMS knowledge, with a focus on safety, security, and regulatory compliance in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Technical Certification in Military Armament Systems Maintenance (Small Arms, Artillery, Fire Control, TOW systems etc.) or Civilian Equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and Philippines Driver’s License.
• HAZMAT Handling/Transportation Training – desired
• DD214 required to validate prior military training.

Responsibilities

• Manages billeting staff and lodging, ensuring high-quality living-quarters maintenance and customer service at multiple LSAs.
• Primary POC between customer and Vectrus to determine billeting needs and priorities, communicates protocol to staff and resolves issues.
• Oversees Field and Sustainment Level maintenance of Armament and TOW Missile Systems.
• Determines the nature and extent of repairs; disassembles and examines parts and assemblies for serviceability and replaces parts as required.
• Repairs, replaces, and/or modifies components of small arms and artillery equipment.
• Performs QA/QC and maintains security, supply and maintenance operations for assigned equipment.
