Qualificações

• 4 years and up related experience.
• Experience in handling people, processing loan documents and accounts.
• Knowledge in OFW and Seaman industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Creation of strategy and programs for the branches handled.
• Sales target attainment of all branches handled.
• Area expansion and opening.
• Operational excellence, ensuring fast turnaround time for accounts processing.
• Establish branch presence through offline and LC channels.
• People management and development.
• Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
