Job summary

JKMA Building Science in Davao City is seeking a skilled Draftsman to support design and technical teams. The role focuses on preparing accurate architectural drawings, layouts and details, and assisting architects with design documents and construction plans.

Candidates should graduate in architecture or drafting technology, be proficient in AutoCAD, familiar with SketchUp or Revit, and able to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related technical course.
Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, Revit or other drafting software.
Experience in architectural drafting, detailing, and preparation of technical drawings.
Ability to interpret architectural plans and instructions with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to project standards.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver within deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
