Job summary

Mynimo, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Drafter with strong Autodesk Revit expertise to produce high-quality drawings, construction documents, and 3D models for residential and commercial projects in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure accurate, timely delivery while coordinating with MEP and structural teams. Night shift onsite hours apply in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents using Revit.
• Develop and modify BIM models based on project requirements.
• Interpret architectural sketches, markups, and design specifications.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Revise drawings based on client and project team feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project standards.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
