MicroSourcing invites a seasoned Architectural Designer to join our onsite team in Eastwood City, Quezon City, working US night shift. You will develop construction docs, elevations, sections, 3D renderings, and client presentations for commercial and residential projects.

We require 5–10+ years of design experience, strong Revit/BIM skills, and a standout portfolio. Onsite work, three references, and coordination across disciplines are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of professional architectural design experience covering Commercial and Residential.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling.
• Strong portfolio with professional architectural drawings, detailed construction sets, and 3D renderings.
• Ability to work onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City on a permanent US night shift schedule.
• Three professional references from previous managers or project leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive construction documentation, including elevations, wall sections, and details.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings and project documentation within timelines and budgets.
• Apply US building codes, life safety regulations, and zoning laws across design phases.
• Create 3D renderings and client-ready presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Coordinate across engineering and design disciplines to resolve spatial clashes and ensure alignment.
