Job description

1. Acoustic Measurements & Testing

(NOTE: Will be guided by Professional Acoustician)

• Conduct onsite sound level measurements using calibrated sound level meters.
• Perform room acoustic assessments (RT60, NC levels, STC, loudness, etc.).
• Prepare noise impact assessments and vibration analysis reports.
• Analyze measurement data and recommend appropriate acoustic solutions.

2. Acoustic Design & Engineering

• Prepare acoustic treatment designs for residences, commercial spaces, buildings, and industrial facilities.
• Perform sound simulations and modeling (e.g., room mode analysis, acoustic mapping).
• Recommend materials and construction methods for noise reduction.

3. Project Management & Implementation

• Oversee onsite installation of acoustic materials and ensure compliance with design.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients.
• Provide onsite supervision and technical guidance without needing senior oversight.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed technical reports with measurement results, analysis, and recommendations.
• Generate project documentation, proposals, and drawings when required.
