Job summary

KMC Solutions seeks a proactive Recruiter to identify and engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) globally to join the Kyrios Panel. You will conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential respondents.

Build relationships with healthcare professionals through sales-style outreach, recruit for market research, and maintain updated databases. You will hit recruitment targets across APAC, EU, and US time zones, onsite in Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in Sales and Outbound Calling is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare market research, respondent recruitment, or panel building is an advantage.
• Proficiency in any European language is a strong plus.
• Willing to work flexible shifts supporting APAC, EU, and US time zones.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a daily basis.
• KPO/BPO experience is preferred.
