Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an experienced Application Security leader to oversee and enhance cybersecurity operations across the Bank. The role focuses on threat and vulnerability management, privileged access management, IAM, DLP, network security, and penetration testing to strengthen resilience.

The successful candidate will drive risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating with engineering, infrastructure, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in cybersecurity operations or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of cybersecurity services including VM, IAM, DLP, and Pen Testing.
• Manage security incident investigations and remediation activities.
• Conduct security risk assessments for IT initiatives and infrastructure changes.
• Drive strategic security improvement initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
• Optimize cybersecurity processes and workflows for operational efficiency.
