Job summary

Multisys Technologies Corporation is seeking an Application Security Engineer to embed security across the software development lifecycle. The role requires hands-on SDLC security, vulnerability assessment, and collaboration with development and security teams to protect applications.

The ideal candidatewill have 5 years in app security, strong programming skills, and experience with SAST/DAST/IAST, cloud platforms, and containers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Info Security or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in application security or related cybersecurity field.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C++).
• Deep knowledge of webvulns and modern attack vectors.
• Hands-on experience with security tools: SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of TLS, OAuth, SAML and related security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Embed security controls across the SDLC from design to deployment.
• Identify and remediate application vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to implement secure architectures.
• Evaluate and adopt security tooling and best practices for secure code.
