Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer – DevOps to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable API platforms and CI/CD pipelines. The successful candidate will work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to automate software deployments, manage cloud environments, monitor API performance, and implement DevOps best practices. The role will be responsible for API lifecycle management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), system reliability, deployment automation, and continuous improvement of development and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain API platforms and API management solutions.

Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated application and API deployments.

Implement automated deployment processes across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Manage the complete API lifecycle, including API development, deployment, versioning, monitoring, security, and retirement.

Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure engineers, security teams, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.

Manage and maintain cloud-based environments supporting APIs and applications.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.

Establish and maintain DevOps automation, deployment, and release management practices.

Monitor API performance, availability, latency, errors, and overall system health.

Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, application, API, infrastructure, and production issues.

About you

Proven experience in DevOps, Application Development, or a similar technical role.

Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining API platforms.

Strong experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with API lifecycle management and API deployment.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Experience managing cloud environments, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Experience with automated deployments and release management.
