Job summary

Qualifications

• Test and troubleshoot malfunctioning components (valves, motors, switches, and electronic circuit boards).
• Disassemble appliances, repair or replace defective parts, and reassemble them to manufacturer specifications.
• Consult with customers to understand the problem, explain the required repairs, and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Adhere strictly to electrical codes and safely handle/recover refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Manage service schedules, order necessary components.
