Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, partners with a multinational company in their search for an Appian Developer to report to BGC. Salary Range: Open. Work Setup: Hybrid. Location: BGC.

As part of the role, you will design workflows and screens using SAIL, connect systems via REST/JSON/SOAP, and manage data with SQL/Oracle. The position requires 4–6 years of Appian experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 4-6 years of software development experience specifically in the Appian platform.
• Appian SAIL & Process Modeling: solid experience building Appian records, reports, and sites.
• Database Knowledge: ability to use SQL or Oracle to manage data.
• Integration Skills: understanding of JSON, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Problem Solving: test apps, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
• Soft Skills: good communication with business leaders and technical teams.
• Certifications: Appian credentials like the Appian Certified Associate Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build Workflows: Create process models that route tasks to the right person or system.
• Design Screens: Use SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer) to build drag-and-drop web and mobile forms.
• Connect Systems: Link the Appian app to other software using REST APIs (rules that allow two apps to talk to each other).
• Manage Data: Write SQL to create, read, and update databases.
