Job summary

INSPI Philippine is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create print-ready artwork for promotional apparel based on client briefs. You will translate references into production-ready designs for screen printing, DTF, sublimation, and heat press, under the Brand Director's guidance.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will manage multiple requests, maintain templates, and stay updated on design trends and printing techniques to improve throughput and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create print-ready designs and mockups for promotional apparel based on client artwork and requirements.
• Revise designs based on feedback while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Ensure design files meet printing specifications, including color mode, resolution, sizing, and placement.
• Identify potential print issues and coordinate with Tim regarding production requirements.
• Interpret client briefs and revision requests, and communicate design options and timelines clearly.
• Organize client files, approved designs, and revision history for easy reference.
• Develop and maintain reusable design templates and assets for repeat orders.
• Organize design files for easy retrieval, reprints, and reorders.
• Stay updated on design trends and printing techniques relevant to promotional apparel.
• Recommend design and workflow improvements to reduce turnaround time.
