Job summary

IDEO STUDIOS in the Philippines seeks a versatile web/mobile developer to build websites, microsites, and iOS/Android apps. You will also develop CMS and interactive media and prototype new applications.

You must translate requirements into clean, standards-compliant code, optimize performance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter is essential; Photoshop and multimedia skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL.
• Must know CodeIgniter framework.
• Ability to read requirements and technical specs.
• Experience coding to standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of multimedia, interactivity and Photoshop.
• Experience with iOS/Android development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop websites, microsites, and/or iOS and Android applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skills: HTML/5, CSS/3, JavaScript, PHP, MYSQL
• Knowledge of Code Igniter Framework is a must
• Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents
• Ability to code software according to standards and design guidelines
• Proficiency in using social media applications
• Knowledge of multimedia and interactivity
• Able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Photoshop
• Working knowledge of iOS and Android development tools is a plus
