• Conduct routine inspections of common areas (hallways, lobby, laundry room, etc.)
• Perform minor repairs such as plumbing issues, electrical problems, and appliance malfunctions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas.
• Ensure the proper functioning of building systems
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and renovations.

Grounds Maintenance:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building's exterior, including sidewalks, parking areas, and landscaping.
• Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
• Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building's garbage and recycling areas.
• Experience with basic handyman tasks is a plus.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry: Ability to perform minor repairs (e.g., unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks).
• Knowledge of building systems: Familiarity with HVAC systems, fire alarms, security systems, and other building equipment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to interact effectively with residents
