Job summary

Merck Group is seeking a Treasury support professional to enable cash management and liquidity oversight for the APAC region from the Philippines. You will help with cash positioning, monitoring, and bank reconciliations under senior guidance.

Responsibilities include rolling out regional Treasury processes, data collection and KPI reporting using Power BI/Tableau, and assisting in FX exposure tracking. A collaborative, detail-oriented candidate with 2–3 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Experience with financial data and treasury processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional Treasury operations in APAC from the Philippines, enabling cash management and liquidity oversight.
• Assist in cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and bank reconciliation activities under supervision.
• Participate in rollout and standardization of regional Treasury processes including cash pooling.
• Collect, validate, and report Treasury-related data; contribute to dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Support FX exposure tracking and routine hedging-related data entry and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with global Treasury teams and cross-functional partners.
• Assist in planning and coordinating smaller workstreams and deliverables.
