Dexcom Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations across APAC, focusing on cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and banking activities.

You will collaborate with Finance teams and banking partners to optimize cash management and ensure accurate reconciliations. The role requires 2–5 years in treasury or cash management, strong Excel and ERP experience (Oracle/Kyriba), and the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or cash management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and Kyriba.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity for APAC entities.
• Monitor bank balances and ensure timely funding of regional operations.
• Execute treasury transactions including intercompany funding.
• Support payment processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with bank account administration.
• Support month-end and quarter-end treasury reporting and reconciliations.
• Assist with treasury systems implementation and process automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and SOX/internal controls.
• Collaborate with Accounting, AP, Tax, FP&A, and regional Finance teams to resolve treasury issues.
• Support ad hoc treasury projects across the APAC region.

Meet the team:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role will be responsible for managing cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, banking activities, and ensuring efficient execution of treasury processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and banking partners to optimize cash management and support strategic treasury initiatives.

• You will manage daily cash positioning and liquidity requirements for APAC entities.


• You will monitor bank balances and ensure timely funding of regional operations.


• You will execute treasury transactions, including intercompany funding.


• You are supporting payment processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.


• You maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with bank account administration and documentation.


• You will support month-end and quarter-end treasury reporting and reconciliations.


• You will assist with implementation and enhancement of treasury systems, banking platforms, and process automation initiatives.


• You must ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and SOX/internal control requirements.


• You will partner with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Tax, FP&A, and regional Finance teams to resolve treasury-related issues.


• You will support ad hoc treasury projects and strategic initiatives across the APAC region.

What makes you successful:

• You must have a 2-5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or cash management.


• You must have a strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking operations.


• You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.


• You need to have experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and treasury management system Kyriba.


• You must have a strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• You have ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different time zones.

Preferred:

• You may need to have experience supporting multiple APAC countries and currencies.


• You have knowledge of foreign exchange, intercompany funding, and working capital management.


• You have familiarity with treasury management systems such as Kyriba.
