Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services Manila is seeking an APAC Regulatory Information Administrator to support the MDRiM data management for MedTech. You will help improve data quality, transparency, and efficiency in regulatory performance across APAC markets.

The role requires meticulous data handling, strong English communication, and proficiency with CSV, Excel, Power BI, and SQL-based databases. You will create trackers, coordinate with stakeholders, participate in process improvements, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Sales or Marketing preferred.
3+ years of professional experience in medical device, surgical, or healthcare data administration.
Strong attention to detail and data integrity; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Monitor and complete regulatory impact assessments in the MDRiM system; maintain license information.
Identify and extract required information from various data sources; perform analyses.
Create and maintain trackers and databases for data accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate with APAC markets to ensure accurate data representation.
Create and maintain local/regional RA actions in MDRiM based on requests.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Support RA forecast and execution planning to align MDRiM with other databases.
