Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Center of Excellence to lead governance and continuous improvement of APAC logistics processes. You will collaborate with country/cluster teams and Global Logistics to standardize tools and policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs, conducting audits, building dashboards in Power BI, and driving cross-functional projects. Onsite 4 days, 1 day remote per week after 3 months, Philippines-based role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, preferably FMCG/Consulting.
• 3–5 years of experience in optimization/automation projects.
• Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Logistics SOPs, SOWs, Playbooks, and Standard Daily Work.
• Support process standardization and alignment across APAC Logistics.
• Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and capability-building activities.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze Logistics performance and develop dashboards, trackers, and reports.
• Support implementation and adoption of regional/global Logistics tools and processes.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects with Logistics SMEs and stakeholders.
• Prepare insights, recommendations, and updates for Logistics leadership.
