Outsourced.ph is hiring an Ansible Engineer for a homebased role with schedule Monday–Friday, 1pm–10pm PHT, in the Philippines. The candidate will work across DevOps/SRE tasks, focus on Ansible Core/Tower, and leverage AWS or GCP in cloud deployments.

Strong scripting and communications skills are essential; background checks are part of the process. This position offers competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within a leading offshore outsourcing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE or equivalent field.
• Experience with Ansible Core, Ansible Tower and Ansible Automation Platform 2.
• Experience on one or more cloud platforms AWS, GCP.
• Expert in code deployment tools including Ansible; Terraform is a plus.
• Experience with GitLab, GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience with RHEL and Windows System Administration, VMware/ESXi.
• Collaborates with development, operations, UX, design and business units.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Industry accreditations would be advantageous.

ROLE: Ansible Engineer

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or an equivalent field.
• Experience with Ansible Core and Ansible Tower and Ansible Automation Platform 2
• Experience on one or more cloud platform AWS, GCP
• An expert in code deployment tools Ansible - some terraform would be an advantage
• Experience working with Gitlab, Github CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Strong experience coding and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Batch files, etc.)
• Experience with RHEL and Windows System Administration, Vmware, ESXi
• A history of collaboration with development, operations, UX, design and business units within an organization.
• System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
• Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements
• Ensuring critical system security using best in class security solutions
• Experience leading system integration projects as the technical lead
• Experience working with customers to capture/document requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Industry accreditations would be advantageous

Work Arrangement: Homebased

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1pm- 10pm PHT

Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection
