Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation seeks an Anaplan Solutions Architect (Officer level) to design, configure, and enhance the Anaplan platform, bridging business and tech teams for accurate decision-making. You’ll train users and support ongoing operations across modules, reports, and integrations.

The role requires 1 year in Anaplan or similar tools, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, process-improvement mindset. Hybrid work in Ortigas, Pasig is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Anaplan or similar planning/modeling tools; Level 1 Model Building is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other modeling/analytical solutions is preferred.
• Foundational understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations; supply chain experience is a plus.
• Willing to report under a hybrid work arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain Anaplan models that support planning, analytics, and performance management.
• Design and configure reports, dashboards, and model interfaces tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan solutions.
• Support ongoing S&OP cycles and project phases involving Anaplan.
• Monitor daily data integrations, including Informatica job runs, SAP data updates, and Snowflake activities.
• Implement improvements to existing models to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Facilitate training sessions for new and existing users and provide post-deployment support.
• Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functionality across connected processes.
• Keep current with new Anaplan features and best practices to drive enhancements.

The Anaplan Solutions Architect (Officer level) will be responsible for driving the design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the organization’s Anaplan platform. This role acts as a bridge between business teams and technology groups, ensuring that planning models, reports, and integrations are built to support accurate decision‑making and smooth operational workflows. The Architect will also assist in enabling users across the company through training and continuous support.

• Architect, develop, and maintain Anaplan models that support organizational planning, analytics, and performance management.

• Design and configure reports, dashboards, and model interfaces tailored to business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, turning them into well‑structured Anaplan solutions.

• Support ongoing S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycles and project phases involving Anaplan.

• Oversee the monitoring of daily data integrations, including Informatica job runs, SAP data updates, and Snowflake‑related activities.

• Implement improvements to existing models to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

• Facilitate training sessions for new and existing users and provide continuous support post‑deployment.

• Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functionality across all connected processes.

• Keep current with new Anaplan features, methodologies, and best practices to recommend enhancements and drive process innovation.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in Anaplan or other enterprise planning/modeling tools; completion of Level 1 Model Building is an advantage.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
