Job summary

VISEO Group in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a skilled Anaplan Model Builder with Model Builder Certification to join our Supply Chain Application Support team. The successful candidate will focus on technical and application monitoring, incident alerting, and ensuring the seamless operation of our Anaplan models within the supply chain.

You will collaborate with supply chain teams, implement monitoring, troubleshoot issues, perform health checks, document processes, and mentor junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Anaplan Model Builder certification is required.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining Anaplan models.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent teamwork and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain support teams to provide advanced Anaplan monitoring.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting for incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Anaplan issues promptly.
• Perform regular health checks and performance analysis of models.
• Develop documentation for Anaplan models, processes, and monitoring.
• Provide training and mentorship on monitoring best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure effective monitoring.
