Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with numbers and data.
• Proficiency in Excel formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with US stakeholders.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift including overlap with US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Complete Seven Seven's structured Anaplan training program and earn Anaplan Model Builder Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.
• Assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Anaplan models for planning and forecasting processes.
• Support data loading, integrations, and model updates under the supervision of experienced Anaplan developers.
• Perform testing and validation of model changes and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with US-based stakeholders and translate business requirements into Anaplan logic.
• Provide production support by monitoring scheduled processes, troubleshooting data issues, and resolving model-related concerns.
• Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams across US and Manila time zones.

About the role

This is an Anaplan training and development role where you will complete Seven Seven's structured Anaplan training program and earn Anaplan Model Builder Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to work comfortably with formulas, data, numbers, and structured information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with US-based stakeholders
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including schedules that may require overlap with US Eastern Time business hours
• A strong willingness to learn new technologies and successfully complete the required Anaplan certifications within the training period
