Emapta Philippines is seeking an Analytics Engineer to unite SQL, dbt, and product-led growth analysis to standardize critical metrics, strengthen self-service reporting, and reveal what drives customer adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, growth analytics, product analytics, or customer insights.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and dbt, including advanced queries, data modeling, testing, and analytics engineering best practices.
• Practical experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) metrics, including activation, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, churn, and lifecycle analysis.
• Experience translating product, customer, marketing, CRM, and operational data into actionable business insights.
• Working knowledge of BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Exposure to workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data quality, documentation, and scalable analytics practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and data models.
• Develop and maintain scalable dbt models across marketing, CRM, product, and revenue datasets, ensuring strong documentation, testing, and data integrity.
• Establish, standardize, and validate key business metrics to support consistent reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Use advanced SQL to perform funnel, cohort, retention, revenue, and performance analysis while optimizing query efficiency.
• Strengthen self-service analytics by maintaining clear model documentation and reducing reliance on ad hoc data requests.
• Build trusted, reusable datasets and a scalable analytics foundation that enables faster insights and more confident business decisions.
