Job summary

Lovable is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own the data foundations that fuel our GTM teams. You will build reliable models, shape metrics, and power automation, turning raw data into insights and data products that drive Sales and Customer Success.

You’ll partner with Sales and CS, design data pipelines, and collaborate on instrumentation and governance to scale Lovable’s data foundations and analytics product.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and analytical data modeling skills (dbt or SQLMesh preferred).
• Experience with ELT/ETL workflows and cloud warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
• Proficiency in Python for automation and light data engineering.
• Experience designing dashboards and self-serve analytics with BI tools.
• Clear communication and collaboration; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Nice to have: AI/LLM products, instrumentation, experimentation, or startup exposure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and CS to translate business questions into data models, analyses, and data-driven products.
• Build and maintain data warehouse models as sources of truth for product usage and GTM metrics.
• Model CRM, usage, and billing data to power automation, enrichment, and GTM tooling.
• Design metrics, dashboards, and data UIs for GTM leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on event instrumentation and schema design.
• Improve data documentation, observability, governance, and best practices.
• Contribute to forecasting models, KPI definitions, and experimentation frameworks.
• Own data pipelines, ingestion workflows, and data quality testing.
